A Diploma Electronics Engineer with over 30 years of experience in engineering industries, Mr. Praful Vadodariya brings deep expertise in electrical power control, heating systems, and advanced plasma control technologies. With a strong passion for innovation and business development, he has played a key role in building SP3 Technologies from a concept into a high-growth organization. Known for his calm leadership under pressure, strong decision-making ability, and exceptional management skills, he continues to guide the company’s strategic direction and operational excellence.

An Electrical Engineer, innovator, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in business leadership and engineering development. He has contributed extensively across research, technology, operations, finance, and management. His expertise spans multiple engineering systems including induction heating, electrostatic precipitation, microwave systems, and arc plasma technologies.
